seasonal specialties throughout the year,
items made with freshly picked
blueberries, raspberries and
marionberries in season, chocolate
dipped strawberries, fresh pumpkin and
pecan pies and pumpkin rolls to name
just a few. Year round we always
have pies and pastries made with
our famous Oregon Marionberry!
The Illahee
Restaurant & Bakery has won the 2008
Greatest of the Grape Wine-Food Pairing.
This year we presented a
Juniper-Marinated Quail in a Tempranillo
Sauce with the 2005 Estate Tempranillo
by
Abacela Winery which was voted the
best pairing by the attendees of the
event.
